THE OIDFA BULLETIN

The publication of the Bulletin, a quarterly magazine, is a team effort:
The editor looks for articles and pictures and prepares the Bulletin for printing.
The general treasurer prints the labels as she has the most up-to-date list of members.
The printer is responsible for mailing the Bulletins once they are printed.

All the articles in our Bulletin are written in both French and English.

Four times a year the OIDFA members receive our Bulletin. It contains many articles from all over the world. Either the history of a type of lace or the development of the lace from a specific country is described. There are also articles about exhibitions, lace days, museums, (well-known) lacemakers, etc. In each issue there is a publication from one of the OIDFA Work Groups, either with a pattern or with an article about their research. Furthermore, some (more) patterns are published and new books are reviewed. Last but not least, of course you can find information about OIDFA itself: a letter from the President, news about the next congress(es), the meetings, plans for the future and more.

Report about OIDFA's activities in the past years.
