To register for the on-site Congress, download the Registration Form and complete the form. Email the completed form to firstname.lastname@example.org. The form may also be printed, completed, scanned and emailed to email@example.com. You will be sent acknowledgement of receipt of your Registration form. As the fees will vary depending upon the number of registrants for each event, you will be sent an invoice and payment instructions at a later time. Bank information will be sent with the invoice.
Payment is by bank transfer or an account can be setup with WISE.com. Funds can be sent directly from your bank to OIDFA with minimal fees. When using WISE.com, the recipient (OIDFA) incurs no charges. For example: If sent from the USA, early bird registration + 2 parties = 150 € with additional charge of approximately $2.00 (fee amount may vary according to the current exchange rate but remains very low). (To transfer 1000 €, the charge is about $8.00.) WISE.com or the app on your phone is a safe and secure way to transfer money internationally. Any funds transfer method may be used, but all bank charges are to be covered by the payer.
